Track 1: Physical Therapy Science

The field of physical therapy focuses on the treatment of a medical condition through external methods, rather than through surgical or pharmaceutical means. According to the statistics of the American Board of Physical therapy, the following are the top five specializations within the field of physical therapy.

Orthopedic Physical Therapy: Orthopedic physical therapists diagnose, manage and treat disorders and injuries of the musculoskeletal system. They also help people recover from orthopedic surgery.

Track 2: Advancements in Physiotherapy

There has been renewed interest in the spondyloarthropathy family of chronic inflammatory Pain medication conditions, which has been fueled to a large extent by the biological era. Over the period of the past 2 years, there have been several notable advances. First, there have been a number of large, high-quality randomized controlled trials evaluating the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) blockers and conservative treatments such as physiotherapy and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs for use in spondyloarthropathy. Operant behavioral and cognitive-behavioral treatment for chronic low back pain

Track 3: Physiotherapy methods and Instrumentation

Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilizations or Simply IASTM is a new range of tools that enables clinicians to efficiently locate and treat individuals diagnosed with soft tissue Aquatic physical therapy. The technique itself is said to be a modern evolution from Traditional Chinese Medicine called GuaSha. However, GuaSha was not used to treat musculoskeletal conditions but was traditionally applied along meridians to move the Nociceptive Pain out through the skin. IASTM is a  procedure that is rapidly growing in popularity due to its effectiveness and efficiency while remaining non-invasive, with its own indications and limitations, for healthcare providers..

Track 4: Geriatric Physical Therapy

Geriatric physical therapy covers numerous issues concerning people as they go through normal adult aging. These include (but are not limited to) arthritis, osteoporosis, cancer, Alzheimer's disease, hip and joint replacement, balance disorders and in continence, reduce pain and increase fitness.

Track: 5 Women’s Health & Palliative Care

Palliative Medicare is an expert in musculoskeletal dysfunction and will work with you to help you optimize function and provide pain relief during this important time in your life. Women and incontinence: Incontinence affects 15 percent of all adults and 26 percent of all women between the ages of 30 and 59. Currently, 15 to 25 million Americans suffer from incontinence. Knee joint pains in overweight and arthritis, most common are osteoarthritis and  Low Back Pain both of which are treatable occur mostly in the age of forties and hence is a common dysfunction for all the women of this age. Pregnancy related pelvic girdle disorder occurs in 60-70% of women during their gestation period. The pelvic girdle is defined as the Palliative Sedation and the pubic symphysis (the joint in the front of the pelvis). Up to 40% of women reporting back pain during pregnancy still report pain in the postpartum period. Relatively few women report this pain to their healthcare providers.

Track 6: Neurological Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation

Neurological physical therapy, Rehabilitation after  a stroke is crucial because two-thirds of patients suffer disability as a result of the stroke. The disability depends on the size and location of the stroke. For example, a stroke in the left side of the brain tends to impair speech, comprehension of the spoken word, motor power, and sensation on the right side of the body. Stroke in the right side of the brain tends to impair attention, Spinal Cord Injury, and movement and sensation on the left side of the body.

Parkinson's disease (also known as idiopathic or primary parkinsonism, hypokinetic rigid syndrome (HRS), or paralysis agitans) is a degenerative disorder of the central nervous system mainly affecting the motor system. The motor symptoms of Parkinson's disease result from the death of dopamine generating cells in mental rehabilitation, a region of the midbrain. The cause of this cell death is poorly understood.

Track 7: Physiotherapy in Treatment & Care

Physiotherapy plays an important role in managing arthritis. It can help you to maintain independence by  improving your mobility, strength and flexibility. Motor relearning theory emphasis on the practice of functional tasks and importance of relearning real-life activities for patients. Principles of learning and biomechanical analysis of movements and tasks are important. Ultrasound therapy is applied using Joint Replacement or applicator that is in direct contact with the patient's skin. Gel is used on all surfaces of the head to reduce friction and assist transmission of the ultrasonic waves. Post-Operative Pain is alternating compression and rarefaction of sound waves with a frequency of >20,000 cycles/second which diagnose the particular nonfunctioning organs and defects occurring in the body

Track 8: Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation

Physical Therapy is a rehabilitation discipline deals with physical abilities, diagnosing, treating and recovering  patients with daily tasks and exercises who are with impairments of all ages. Physical therapy is an active profession with a well-known theoretical and scientific base and prevalent clinical applications in the restoration, maintenance, and advance of optimal physical function. The goal of physical therapy is to make daily tasks and activities easier. Rehabilitation is a treatment to recover from injury, illness, or disease to as normal a condition as possible. Rehabilitation focuses on physical therapy for strength, mobility and fitness, occupational therapy to help in daily activities, speech-language therapy, and treatment of pain. It is different for different people based on the type of therapy and goals of therapy. Physical therapy programs are provided in the inpatient and outpatient settings.

Track 9: Manual Physiotherapy Strategies

Manual therapy was the most effective treatment. Recovery rates after seven weeks in the manual therapy group, physiotherapy group, and general practitioner care group were 68%, 51%, and 36%, respectively. The number needed to treat was 3 that is, every third patient referred to manual therapy would make a complete recovery from Neuromuscular Medicine within seven weeks compared with patients referred to continued care by a general Muskoskeletal Physical Therapy.

Track 10: Artificial Physiotherapy Methods

Physiotherapy is a field of medicine that studies the physiological and medical effects of natural and artificial physical factors and develops methods of their application for preventive and Traumatic Brain Injuries; a group of physical methods of treatment and their practical application.

Physiotherapy includes Hypnosis, phototherapyArthroscopy, thermal treatment, treatment by mechanical effects. Balneology is an independent section of physiotherapy. Each of them includes a number of treatment modes based on the application of one or another physical factor

Track 11: Experimental techniques in Physiotherapies

Exercise strategies with different techniques for early development and situating. A few investigations have demonstrated no huge distinction between patients experiencing CPM and those experiencing PROM or different types of the early movement.

Track 12: Physiotherapy in sport related injuries

Sports Physiotherapy is the specific branch of physiotherapy which manages wounds and issues identified with sports individuals. Sports wounds do vary to ordinary wounds. Competitors regularly require abnormal state execution and request put upon their body, which focuses on their musclesjoints, and issues that remain to be worked out farthest point. Sports physiotherapists enable competitors to recuperate from donning wounds and give training and assets to avert issues. Each sports physiotherapist, for the most part, has to wear particular learning that tends to intense, ceaseless and abuse wounds. Their services are for the most part accessible to sportsmen and women of any age engaged with sports at any level of competition.

Track 13: Acupuncture & Techniques

Acupuncture helps to ease types of pain that are often chronic such as neck pain, low-back pain and osteoarthritis/knee pain. It also may help reduce the frequency of tension headaches and prevent  migraine headaches which were suggested by a number of studies. Thus, acupuncture appears to be a suitable option for people with chronic pain to consider. In Acupuncture very thin needles, slightly thicker than  human hair, are inserted into acupuncture points. The objective of acupuncture as explained earlier is to regulate and normalize the flow of the Chi so that the Yin and the Yang return to a state of dynamic equilibrium.

Track 14: Yoga & Fitness

Yoga is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual practices or disciplines that originated in ancient India. Among the most well-known types of yoga are Hatha yoga and Raja yoga. Many studies have tried to determine the effectiveness of yoga as a complementary intervention for cancer, schizophrenia, asthma, and heart disease. The results of these studies have been mixed and inconclusive, with cancer studies suggesting none to unclear effectiveness, and others suggesting yoga may reduce risk factors and aid in a patient's psychological healing process.

Track 15: Pediatric Physiotherapy

Pediatric physical therapy contains Physical therapists who are dedicated to providing customized care that helps children with developmental, Neuromuscular and orthopedic conditions to restore and improve their development. It also aids in the early identification of medical issues and uses different methods to provide Physical Therapy treatment to the disorders in the Pediatric population
